- Your business name and address (invoice sending)
- Client names and email addresses (invoice sending)
- Invoice data (amounts, line items, dates)
- Payment status (paid/unpaid — not card details)
- Usage data (pages visited, features used)
3. WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
- Credit or debit card numbers
- Bank account details
- Passwords in plain text
All payment processing is handled directly by Stripe, Inc. Auctron never sees card data.
4. WHY WE COLLECT IT

6. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
- Active account data: kept while account is active
- Invoice data: kept for 7 years (legal requirement)
- Deleted account data: removed within 30 days
