If you subscribe to any paid plan and are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked. No forms to fill. Just email us.
We want you to be completely satisfied with Auctron. If you are not happy, we will make it right.
We process all refunds within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
If you cancel an annual plan after 14 days, your account stays active until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds after the 14-day window.
Cancel anytime from account settings. You keep access until end of current period. No partial month refunds.
If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from using Auctron and our team could not resolve it, we will consider refunds beyond the 14-day window on a case-by-case basis.
