Getting Started

What is Auctron Network?

Auctron Network is a modern billing and invoicing platform designed specifically for creators, freelancers, and small agencies. It allows you to generate professional invoices, manage clients, and track your payments.

Do I need an account to use the app?

You can try out the interface and see how it works in demo mode as a guest. However, to save your invoices, clients, and settings permanently, you will need to create a free account.

Invoicing & Payments

How do I create an invoice?

Navigate to the "Create Invoice" page from the sidebar. You can select an existing client, add line items with prices, set a tax rate or discount, and generate the invoice. You can save it as a draft or mark it as sent.

Can I set up recurring invoices?

Yes! When creating an invoice, you can select a recurring schedule (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly) and set a next run date.

What is reverse charge (VAT 0%)?

If you are billing a client within the EU where VAT reverse charge applies, you can toggle this option. It will automatically lock the tax rate to 0% and add the necessary reverse charge note to the invoice.

Clients

How do I manage clients?

Go to the "Clients" tab. From there, you can view all your existing clients, edit their details, or add a new client. Once added, clients will appear in a dropdown when you create new invoices.

Are my clients notified automatically?

Auctron Network allows you to generate the invoice and schedule reminders, but you maintain full control over when and how emails are sent based on your workflow.

Is my data secure?

Yes, your data is securely stored and authenticated via Supabase. We use enterprise-grade security to ensure your client and billing information remains private.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

You can use the Feedback page to send us a message directly. We review all feedback to improve the platform.
